It is at this time of year when the battle really does begin in regards to which horse trainer is going to be crowned the champion of the Nation Hunt Season.
With just a few months left of the 2017/2018 Nation Hunt season there are of course a couple of trainers who are out in the lead in regards to the number of horse that they have trained that have amassed the highest amount in prize money during the season.
However, as is always the case several bookmakers have a betting market that is going to allow you to pick any of the major trainers who do have a chance of winning the championship, and it is true to say many of them are still in with a chance of doing so!
With that in mind I will give you a quick run through below of the trainers that you can bet on and also I will give you an insight into the current odds available on each of them.
One thing you do need to know is that as this is a live in play betting market, as more and more of the trainers listed below have winners as the National Hunt season draws to an end their respective odds are going to change, so the sooner you place your best the better!
It is of course Nicky Henderson who is red hot favourite to win the trainers champion and if you think he is going to do so then the highest valued odds I have so far come across are 1 to 2.
The second favourite trainer is currently Paul Nicholls and there are many betting sites that do currently have him on offer at odds of 7/4.
The odds on the remaining trainers do actually reflect their chances of winning the trainer championship and as such if you think that Colin Tizzard is in with a chance of doing so then you should consider grabbing the odds of 10/1 on him doing so.
You can place a bet on Willie Mullins is you think he is going to pull the championship out of the bag, however not many people this he as any possible chance of doing so and that is reflect in his odds of 16/1.
Dan Skelton is another trainer in with an ever so slight chance of winning the trainers championship and his odds are currently around the 20/1 mark
The other trainers you could be tempted to place a bet on if you are looking for some high odds are David Pipe at 150/1, Philip Hobbs at 100/1 or even Nigel Twiston-Davies whose odds are currently 40/1.
Just keep in mind that as the last few races are run of this season the odds can and may just change on the trainers named above, so if you do want to bag the odds currently available then get your bets placed quickly.
